Greetings from WorldwideConnectionZone ("we," "us," or "our"). The following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") manage your engagement with our yacht charter services and our website at worldwideconnectionzone.site (the "Service"), provided by WorldwideConnectionZone.
By reserving a yacht or using our Service, you consent to abide by these Terms. Should you object to any section of these terms, you are not granted permission to utilize the Service.
2. Service Overview
WorldwideConnectionZone offers elite yacht charter solutions which incorporate, but are not restricted to:
- Chartering yachts on a daily basis
- Evening cruises
- Company excursions
- Exclusive celebrations
- Extended charter trips
Our offerings depend on both availability and meteorological conditions. We maintain the authority to alter or cease services as we see necessary.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Reserving a Charter
To secure a charter, the following conditions must be met:
- Have at least 18 years of age
- Furnish accurate and up-to-date information
- Submit the required advance payment as outlined in your confirmation of reservation
- Accept these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Acknowledgement
A charter booking is only deemed confirmed once we have received your payment and provided you with a written acknowledgment. We reserve the right to refuse service according to our judgment.
3.3 Charter Availability
All charters are offered subject to the availability of the boat and favorable weather conditions. We will endeavor to meet your requested dates and hours.
4. Financial Conditions
4.1 Costing
All charter costs are indicated in £ and cover all relevant taxes unless stated differently. Prices can change without prior notification.
4.2 Payment Timetable
- Advance payment: 50% of the entire cost of the charter, due upon reservation
- Remaining balance: Due 48 hours before the charter sets sail
- Additional fees (if applicable): Payable at the conclusion of the charter
4.3 Methods of Payment
We accept most major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified cheques. Payment processing is done through secure, encrypted procedures.
5. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policies
5.1 Client Cancellations
- With more than 72 hours prior to departure: Full repayment less service charges
- Between 24-72 hours prior to departure: Half of the amount is refunded
- Under 24 hours before departure: No reimbursement offered
5.2 Cancellation due to Weather
Should our captain decide that weather conditions are unsafe, we will attempt to:
- Reschedule the charter for the next possible date with no extra cost
- Issue a full reimbursement if an alternative date is not feasible
5.3 Vessel Malfunction
In the rare case of mechanical failure of the designated vessel, we will endeavor to provide an appropriate alternate option. Should an alternate not be available, you will receive a full refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Measures
All guests are required to:
- Heed all directions given by the crew
- Utilize provided safety equipment when instructed
- Disclose any health issues that might affect their safety
- Stay within the designated areas on the yacht
6.2 Forbidden Items
The items listed below are not allowed aboard:
- Glassware
- Illicit materials
- Arms or other weapons
- Pets (except if given prior consent)
6.3 Behavior
Passengers are expected to behave with civility. A charter can be terminated prematurely with no refund if passenger conduct is deemed a safety threat or interferes with the experience of others.
7. Liability and Coverage
7.1 Accountability
Our accountability is capped to the amount paid for your charter. We are not liable for:
- Personal injury due to passenger fault
- Loss or damage to personal items
- Second-hand, consequential, or punitive losses
- Delays instigated by weather or events outside of our control
7.2 Insurance Policies
Our operation and vessels are covered by expansive marine insurance. It is incumbent upon passengers to secure their own travel and personal insurance.
7.3 Acknowledgement of Risk
By choosing our charter services, you accept that maritime activities carry innate risks and you take on sole responsibility for your safety and health.
8. Adjustments and Itinerary Switches
We maintain the right to modify itineraries, paths, or timetables depending on climatic circumstances, safety needs, or functional demands. We will strive to offer a service of comparable quality.
9. Force Majeure
Our responsibilities do not extend to holdups, cancellations, or amendments caused by forces beyond our control, which include but are not limited to:
- Extreme weather situations
- Natural calamities
- Regulatory directives
- Port shutdowns
- Equipment failures
10. Privacy and Data Safety
Your personal data is managed befitting our Privacy Policy. By engaging with our services, you consent to the gathering and utilization of your information as clarified in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Ownership
