What comes with a typical yacht rental?
Each of our rentals is staffed with a qualified crew, includes safety gear, fuel, and a selection of refreshments. Individual rentals may vary — for example, evening cruises offer premium refreshments and snacks, while business charters provide meeting amenities and catering for corporate needs.
When should I make a reservation?
Booking your yacht at least 2–3 weeks prior is advised, and sooner during high season (May–September). For business gatherings or private parties, reserve 4–6 weeks early for better selection and custom preparations.
What is the procedure for inclement weather?
Your safety is our highest concern. In the case of weather deemed risky by our captain, we'll suggest an alternate date or offer a complete reimbursement. We will reach out to you 24 hours before the scheduled departure if the forecast looks doubtful.
May I bring my own provisions?
Certainly, personal food and drinks are permitted on board. We also provide exceptional catering options and can tailor menus to your tastes. Bear in mind that for safety reasons, glass items are not allowed on the yacht.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with access needs?
We aim to cater to all guests. While some of our yachts are more accessible than others, we encourage you to get in touch so we can guide you to the most accessible yacht and make any needed arrangements to accommodate your requirements.
What is your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations processed more than 72 hours ahead of the set sail time are eligible for a full refund. Those made 24 to 72 hours prior receive half back, whereas less than 24-hour notices cannot be refunded unless the cause is related to us, such as equipment malfunctions or adverse weather.
